White label feature

In this article, you will learn how to set up and configure the White label feature and sell systeme.io accounts.

You will need:

What is White label?

White label allows agencies/resellers to create and sell systeme.io accounts under their own brand to clients. They can customize the dashboard with their own logo, favicon, and colors.

Setup and configuration

Navigate to Agency dashboard (1) under the Dashboard tab.

It is mandatory to connect a custom domain name on your systeme.io account before activating the White label feature, if you haven't connected your domain name yet, read the following help article.

Click Activate White label.

Select your White label domain and click on Save.

After White label is activated, you will be redirected to the White label settings, where you need to enter a new CNAME value.

White label settings

White label configuration:

Enter your White label name (2). This name will be used as your company's name in transactional emails. You can also choose to change your White label custom domain (3).

As mentioned before, the system will generate a unique CNAME to add (4). Create one new CNAME record in your DNS zone using the name and value (target) by clicking the copy icons.

Example:

  • Record type: CNAME
  • Name (Host): *.whitebranding.site.
  • Target (Value): dv2d5y3rb5pl5.cloudfront.net.

Important: Please note that the asterisk (*) and the period (.) are mandatory for the CNAME record to work correctly.

Sender email address:

To add your sender email address and name, click the Edit button (5).

You will be redirected to the Emails tab in your account settings, Where you can choose your sender email address and sender name.

Note: An email address must be verified before it can be selected. Check out how to verify your email address here.

Brand customization:

  1. Choose your primary, secondary, and background colors by clicking the color icons to personalize the dashboard with your brand identity.
  2. Click Select an image to upload your Logo (6) and Favicon (7) images.

Your branding customization (logo, favicon, and colors) will be applied to the White Label user dashboard, login and registration pages, and transactional emails sent to White Label users.

Price plans

Price plans are language-specific. Each language has its own currency, plan names, and payment gateways.

When you activate the White label feature, a default English price plan is automatically created for you.

To create price plans for additional languages, go to Price plans (8) on your agency dashboard, then click Add a new language (9).

Select your desired language from the dropdown, then click Add (10).

Once you've added a new language, click on it to expand and configure the settings.

  1. Currency: Select the currency for this language from the dropdown menu.

Note: Make sure you have a payment gateway that supports the selected currency. If no payment gateway supports your chosen currency, you'll see an error message: "Currency not supported! No available payment methods support this currency. Please add a compatible provider."

  1. Plans: The system will display the plans you can offer based on your current systeme.io plan.

To customize your plan, click Edit (11).

You'll see several options to customize your plan:

  • Plan name: Change the plan name to match your branding (e.g., rename "Startup" to "Growth Plan").
  • Monthly and Annual pricing: Switch between the Monthly price and Annual price tabs to configure each option.
  • For each price, enter the:
    • Price plan name displayed on the order form: Name shown to clients during purchase
    • Price plan name displayed on your dashboard: Name you see in your dashboard
    • Statement descriptor: Text on client's bank statement
    • Payment amount: Your price (must be equal to or higher than the minimum shown)
    • Tax behavior: Exclusive (tax added on top) or Inclusive (tax included)
  • Price plan resources: Click Resources to add additional resources to this plan, such as tags or other assets that will be automatically granted when a client purchases this plan.
  • Edit related pages: Customize the pages White label users will see:
    • Upgrade page: Where White label users can upgrade their plan
    • Thank you page: Confirmation page after a successful upgrade

Click Save (12) to apply the changes.

Notes:

  • White label users will use the price plans you created to upgrade their plans.
  • Each pricing option (monthly and annual) has its own separate Upgrade and Thank you pages.
  • The page editor works the same as the standard systeme.io page editor.

After saving a language, it will appear in your Price plans list. Click the three-dot menu next to any language to access the following options:

  • Set as default: Make this language the default for new White label users
  • Duplicate for a new language: Copy this language's settings to create a new language with the same configuration
  • Delete language: Remove this language and its plans

Important: The price of any plan you create must not be lower than the systeme.io price in that currency.

Public pages

When you activate White Label, a default website is automatically created on your White Label domain.

You can access and edit your public pages directly from the Public pages tab in your White label dashboard.

Your White Label website includes:

  • Homepage: The main landing page for your White Label domain
  • Pricing page: Displays available plans with pricing from your White Label plans
  • Login and Register buttons: Located in the website header for White Label users to access their accounts

If a website already exists for your White Label domain, the pricing page will be automatically added to it.

You can also access your website through Websites under the Site's tab, where it will appear as "WhiteLabel Website."

Selling and managing accounts

  1. Selling accounts:

You can automatically create free White label accounts when someone opts in to your funnel.

Step 1: Create a funnel with an opt-in page

Navigate to Sites, then select Sales funnels to either create a new funnel or use an existing one. Add an opt-in page and a thank you page.

Step 2: Set up the automation rule

On the opt-in page, go to the Automation tab, click Add rule (1).

Select Funnel step form subscribed as the trigger (2). Next, choose Create a new WL user as the action, select the user's language (3), and save the rule.

Note: You can also set the automation rule directly from the Automation tab. To learn more, refer to the following page: How automation rules work.

When a visitor fills out the opt-in form, they receive an email with a confirmation link.

When they click the link, they land on a registration page where they enter their information (first name, last name, and set a password). After clicking Save, they are redirected to their White label account dashboard.

And the White label user will automatically appear on the White label users tab of your agency dashboard.

Note: For a user to receive the confirmation email, their email address shouldn't be associated with any systeme.io account.

  1. Managing accounts:

Once White label accounts are created, you can view and manage them from the White label users dashboard.

For each White label user, you can see:

  • Email address: The user's login email
  • Resources: Their account usage (contacts, funnels, blogs, courses, creator stores)
  • Statistics: Creation date, sales revenue, and new leads generated
  • Plan: Current plan type (Free, Startup, Webinar, Unlimited)
  • Status: Account status indicated by color

You can also use the search bar to find users by email address. You can also filter users by Price plan or Status using the dropdown menus, then click Filter.

Additionally, you can manage each account individually by clicking the three-dot menu next to any user to access management options:

  • Impersonate: Access the user's account to see their dashboard and help with setup
  • Block user: Temporarily block the user from accessing their account

Upgrading White label accounts

White label users can upgrade their plans directly from their account settings.

To upgrade, the White label user must navigate to Settings > My plan in their dashboard. They can view available plans and select the one they want to upgrade to.

After completing the payment, their account is automatically upgraded with the new plan limits and features.

Note: When a White label user clicks to upgrade their plan, they are redirected to the Upgrade page you can customize under Price plans (mentioned in the previous section).
